I grew up in NC, went to Williams College in Massachusetts, and after graduating decided to head west to Colorado.  I grew up playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and then played collegiate soccer at Williams.  I also played some semi-pro soccer here in Denver for 2 years, but I got tired of getting hurt, so i turned to running.  When I'm not working out, I'm eating cookies and designing websites.

I had been always fairly fit, but I was always in my best shape playing soccer.  After I stopped playing, I gained 15 lbs and I could never seem to drop the extra weight, even with the running regime I'd started.  I needed something different to break up my normal routine, and that's where BCOR entered the scene.

Cameron’s favorite things about BCOR:

  • The People- I love feeling like a part of a team again, and I’ve made some really great friends
  • The Coaches- They always push me to do my best. They make the workouts challenging and fun, so all i have to do is show up, and I know I'll have a great time
  • The Results- I've lost the extra 15 pounds and the tire around my waist. I can see definition in my arms, legs, and stomach, and I can actually do push-ups now too!

It's truly a miracle!  I'm more energetic, and I'm generally in a better mood now.  I've made BCOR a part of my lifestyle. 6am-7am, Monday-Friday is set aside for BCOR, and all I have to do is show up and let the coaches do their thing.  The results are inevitable.  I also try to pair my workouts with healthy eating, which has also helped.  (I still eat my cookies though!)

I'm a happier, healthier person because of BCOR, and I've made a ton of new friends.  It's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.  Love it!
