07/31/10 – Improve Endurance, Bike Handling, and Speed

9am – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Rides

A criterium, or crit, is a bike race held on a short course (usually less than 5 km), often run on closed-off city center streets. This week we will complete a mock criterium with a little uphill, a little downhill, a little flat, but a lot of fun.

These rides are designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, to be FUN, inspire confidence, and educate.

Groups:
Low Intensity = 3 Laps
Med Intensity = 5 Laps
High Intensity = 8 Laps
(You will have two optional BONUSES, one for number of laps for time and another for climbing.)

IMPORTANT: This ride launches from the Gordon Biersch parking lot at the Flatirons Mall at 9:00am
