This week we’re aiming for a gentle climbing ride. This ride will take your fitness to a new level and will pay dividends later in the season (especially fore the Copper Triangle and Moab.) Groups:
Low Intensity = 10-20 miles
Med Intensity = 20-40 miles
High Intensity = 40+ miles

IMPORTANT: This ride launches from the Gordon Biersch parking lot at the Flatirons Mall at 10:00am
