06/26/10 ––10am Start — Base Training Continued

This week we’re aiming for a nice flat endurance ride. This ride will take your fitness to a new level and will pay dividends later in the season (especially in Moab.) Support and Gear (SAG) will be provided. Carbs are highly encouraged a couple of days prior to and again during this ride. Questions? Call 303-494-4242

The ride route will be updated to MapMyRide after the ride because the ride will be determined once all groups have split into their respective intensity levels and distances agreed upon by all riders. These rides are designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, to be FUN, inspire confidence, and educate everyone.

Groups:
Low Intensity = 10-20 miles
Med Intensity = 20-40 miles
High Intensity = 60+ miles

IMPORTANT:  This ride launches from the Gordon Biersch parking lot at the Flatirons Mall at 10:00am
