FAQ
Will BCOR Fitness be too hard for me?
You choose your intensity level for each class based on your abilities and fitness condition. The BCOR coaches will push you according to your ability so it is neither too difficult nor too easy. The entire class doesn't do exactly the same workout; instead, the workouts are customized to maximize your benefit.
What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?
We modify the exercises so you can perform it and strengthen your weaknesses. Your BCOR coach ensures proper form and technique.
What do we do in BCOR Fitness classes?
Each class includes a warm up with dynamic flexibility (moving stretches), your workout consisting of upper body, lower body, core, and cardio routines, and a cool down with static flexibility (stationary stretches.) Your coaches ensure proper form, keep you motivated, and make sure you are having fun.
When does the next BCOR Fitness session start?

What is the cost of BCOR Fitness versus personal training?
Personal training typically runs $50-$70/hour. BCOR fitness sessions run only $20/hour and include features like your own webpage, email access to your own coach to answer your questions, fitness testing, and your own BCOR t-shirt.

I have some races (running, cycling, or triathlon) this season, will BCOR help me improve?
BCOR Fitness combined with the BCOR Pulse program is an excellent way to improve your race times. The distance of the race and when it occurs are important factors to let your coach know so we can customize your BCOR workout to get you to your best.
